THE STORY OF KEEPRS
On January 29th, 1996, St. Joseph, MN Police Officer Brian Klinefelter, age 25, stopped a vehicle believed to be involved in a robbery that had just occurred in a neighboring city. During the traffic stop, Officer Klinefelter was shot several times and died. Officer Klinefelter left behind his beloved wife, Wendy, and two-month old daughter Katelyn.
Three years later, Wendy and Officer Klinefelter’s two brothers Jason and Greg opened a law enforcement store in the same community Officer Klinefelter served. They named the store K.E.E.P.R.S., Inc. (Klinefelter’s Enforcement & Emergency Product, Resource & Supply, Inc.). Their purpose for opening the store was to serve all law enforcement officers that serve our communities. As customers enter the St. Cloud store, they can view Officer Klinefelter’s duty belt and badge in a showcase displayed to keep his memory alive. Wendy, Jason, and Greg made it their mission to provide high quality uniforms and duty gear while offering exceptional customer service. Their experience supports their efforts. Wendy graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice, has numerous years of experience in retail sales, and now is the President of KEEPRS. Both Greg and Jason were reserve officers with the St. Cloud Police Department. Greg is now finishing his law enforcement schooling to follow in his Brian’s footsteps, and Jason travels northern Minnesota as an Account Manager for KEEPRS. Together with our staff of over 20 people, and two Minnesota locations, we deliver great products with exceptional service, and are grateful that you have chosen to visit our website. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return and Refund Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Any item that has been worn or in any way used will not be accepted for return.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from KEEPRS You can also cancel unshipped items by calling our customer service number at 1-877-4KEEPRS (1-877-453-3777).
Returns are Easy
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use the USPS, UPS or insured Parcel Post for shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Special orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any pant hemmed to a 29” inseam or shorter is not returnable. Custom Badges, name tags, collar brass, and embroidered items are not returnable unless it is in our error.
Refunds
We will notify you via phone or mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Loved ones shed tears, share survival stories
Although she's been called many things — including widow, single parent and victim — Wendy Klinefelter Tragiai stood Sunday before about 300 people at St. Joseph Catholic Church and called herself a survivor.
Her remarks were part of the 24th Annual Ecumenical Service to honor fallen law enforcement officers, including her husband, St. Joseph Police Officer Brian Klinefelter, who was killed in the line of duty Jan. 29, 1996.
